It is with great pleasure I welcome you to River Dale High School. Moving towards the 22nd glorious year, River Dale has followed its motto- 'Towards infinite Knowledge' in true terms by earning a progressive reputation in the field of academic, cultural and sporting events. River Dale in its Vision, aims to chisel out world leaders from young minds who will promote and nurture Indian culture. Here, you will find a fine blend of modern thoughts and traditional values. The school believes in the endeavor for excellence by fostering and exfoliating each individual's potentialities and providing opportunities for the successful learning and overall growth. River Dale provides the environment required for each and every student to discover and develop the full potential. Keeping in mind the NEP 2020 we, at River Dale High School, aim to provide infrastructure support, innovative education methodology into the mainstream, besides tracking students and their learning levels, facilitating multiple pathways to learning involving both formal and non-formal education modes and association of counsellors and well-trained faculty. Our dedicated team of educators strives to inspire and empower our students to reach their fullest potential. Our curriculum is designed to be challenging and comprehensive, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and a lifelong love for learning. We are glad to announce that the school is also implementing the NEP 2020, and NCF 2023, from the academic year 2024-25. In school education, the National Education Policy 2020 stresses on the core values and principle that education must develop not only the cognitive skills, that is, Both ‘foundational skills’ of literacy and numeracy and ‘higher-order’ skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving, but also, social and emotional skills - also referred to as ‘soft skills’ - including cultural awareness and empathy, perseverance and grit, teamwork, leadership, communication, among others.
